Their
opening goal, scored after 69 minutes, was evidence of that. Yaya Toure
had impressed with a couple of surging runs in the first half but when
he won the ball in midfield again and spotted Edin Dzeko breaking
forward down the left flank he made this one count. The pass was
perfectly weighted, the finish from Dzeko just as impressive.
